Genesis five gives genealogy to remind us that through a descendant, this Messiah is coming, but he doesn't tell us who. 00:07:06.200 --> 00:07:12.360 Then in Genesis chapter 6 to 9, you get the flood devastating the world because mankind has turned against God. 00:07:12.380 --> 00:07:17.820 And I think last week I mentioned one of the more difficult theological verses in all of the Bible is Me. 00:09:08.040 --> 00:09:15.120 Abraham so important for us to understand in the Old Testament, because when you read the New Testament, the idea of what Abraham did in the Old Testament is
